SPORTS TRAINER WANTED. The Mayne Tigers are looking for a Sports Trainers to assist with our Friday Night Men’s team. You will be required to help out with strapping and first aid during Friday (approx. 2.5 hours) with the possibility to assist with Saturday games - approx. 5 hours for men's (through the day) and up to 3 hours for women's (late afternoon). You may also have some time on training nights to work in with our club physio’s to assist with rehab as your experience and knowledge increases.
You will be working alongside our physios throughout the season so it is a great way to gain practical experience for those currently studying towards higher qualifications or otherwise interested in the exercise and sports medicine fields.
Must haves:
• Level 1 Sports Trainer (we may be prepared to fund this qualification if the applicant commits to a couple of years minimum with us)
• ABN (or willing to obtain)
• Own car to travel
These are paid positions where we will pay them at an agreed hourly rate when they invoice us.
